1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:- The item was purchased directly from PunchPower.com.
- A return request is made within 2 days of receiving the product.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be returned with the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:- Software, digital products, and licenses once activated or downloaded.
- Opened consumables (e.g., printer ink, toners).
- Customized or special order products.
- Items damaged by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair.
3. How to Request a Return

- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photo evidence (if item is damaged or incorrect)
- Wait for return approval and instructions from our support team.
- Ship the item to the address provided by customer service. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:- If the item meets the return conditions, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7β14 business days.
- If the product is found to be ineligible for a refund (e.g., used or damaged), we will notify you and may return the item back to you.
5. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will gladly exchange it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it is shipped. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and the return policy applies.7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
