We currently deliver to all 36 states of Nigeria and the FCT. We also offer international shipping to over 80 countries.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking information (where applicable).

3. Delivery Time Estimates

Standard shipping –15 business days depending on delivery locations.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided
  • Recipient not available
  • Refusal to accept the parcel
…we will attempt to contact you. If the issue is not resolved within 3 days, the product may be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery may attract additional charges.

8. Damaged or Lost Items

If your package arrives damaged or you suspect it is lost in transit:
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
  • Provide your order number and supporting evidence (e.g., photos of packaging, product).
